In a typical 3 bedroom house (between 1500 and 2500 sf), a dining room can be easily updated and transformed for about $3500. If you already have a table you love, that is ok! You only pay for what you need. 

If you want to go higher end,  or have a larger space, like 6-8 person table, a slightly higher budget might be necessary. Some looks require a little more money to achieve than others, but all will be much less through Houston Affordable designs.
Master bedrooms average $6K-$10K

Bedrooms should be your daily oasis and a reflection of your very personal style. Since not as many people see it like a living room or kitchen area, its easier to have fun and take risks to get the exact look you like. Tiny details and accessories make a big impact here, but those fortunately don't require a hefty check.

In a mid sized living room, new accessories, art, and rug can totally enhance the look of your home and not break the bank. If you can incorporate some of your current pieces, that helps save as well. Tell us what you like that you own, the style you want to go with, and let us help complete the look.​ 
​Pricing packages (once established) include all products necessary to complete the design.
While each design and room have limitless possibilities, below are some basic pricing examples of what Houston Affordable Designs can do (and have done).  Also, if you don't need it, you don't pay for it.
