"I grew up in a family where no one was a stranger to the DIY lifestyle. My parents were always finding creative ways to elevate their home and make it as functional as possible. Once I was on my own, I had an instant desire to design and renovate. My first projects were either small real estate investments or my own home- all while having a full time corporate job. Soon enough, something life changing happened, the current condo I was flipping was featured on HGTV. This was the turning point in my design career, and I knew I would have a long, beautifully designed journey ahead of myself. Once I decided to start helping other people improve their spaces, that quickly became what is now Houston Affordable Designs. My background is in communications but I quickly developed a keen eye for detail and a love for design when I started as a design assistant to a senior designer at a local Houston studio in 2016.
I now specialize in bringing together elements of style, comfort, and functionality to create personalized havens for our clients. Whether it's a cozy residential retreat or an up-and-coming commercial space, I believe that every space has the potential to reflect the unique personality and needs of its occupants.
From concept to completion, I work closely with our clients to understand their vision and turn it into a reality.
